As a fully qualified personal trainer i can offer you a complete
programme of one-to-one training in my professional gym or in the
comfort of your own home.
If you want to get fit, lose weight or if you are already taking
regular exercise but not getting results then a personal
trainer is for you.
As well as personal training, boxing training, sports therapy
and massage i can also provide nutritional and dietary advice.
I provide sessions for 1 or 2 people.
If you don't want to train on your own, train with a friend.
