Bodyfit personal training and beauty therapy is based in Windsor and covers the Windsor, Maidenhead, Ascot, Slough and Bracknell areas of Berkshire.

Bodyfit offers a range of training and treatments to help you look and feel your best.

If you want to get fit, lose weight, or you are already taking regular excercise but not getting results, as a fully qualified personal trainer i can offer you a complete programme to suit your needs.

Bodyfit provides training sessions for 1 or 2 people in my professional gym, at your place of work, or in the comfort of your own home.

Bodyfit also offers circuit training classes for groups of 6-10 people. Nutritional and dietry advice is also available.

Bodyfit Beauty Therapy offers a range of treatments including massage, eyelash extensions and fakebake spray tanning.

All treatments (except hot stone therapy) are available as a mobile treatment. (A small charge will apply).

Bodyfit is fully insured and is a member of the register of excercise professionals.

Bodyfit is based in Windsor in Berkshire and covers Windsor, Maidenhead, Ascot, Slough and Bracknell areas.
