Boxing training is a fun, adrenalin pumping way to exercise.

It is a mentally challenging activity, which is ideal for dealing with
stress and getting rid of any unwanted aggression.

It is a total body workout helping to burn fat, tone and reshape
the body.

A boxing workout will include a total body warm up, followed by a
boxing specific circuit incorporating a combination of pad work,
followed by abdominal exercise, flexibility and then relaxation
to finish.
